Be careful about the built-in media card for BB before wipe it.

Wipe devices and “Reset to factory default” won’t touch the plugged in media card，but it will remove any media files save in the built-in memory. This memory is getting bigger nowadays, it’s common to see media files here.

I didn’t know there is such a different, and made mistakes.
